It is a unique, 4-Step process that allows us to provide our customers with an accurate assessment of all their pavement needs.  This covers everything from new construction of roads, parking lots and sidewalks to maintenance such as patching, sealcoating and striping. The RPM process includes:

1. Our highly trained IDOT and Superpave certified engineering staff performs an in-depth analysis of your existing pavement and drainage conditions.  When buying or selling a property, our engineers are there to assist.

2. Clearly defined specifications are provided to ensure your complete understanding of work to be performed. BUDGET FORECASTING
3. Our due diligence identifies and prioritizes your long term pavement, maintenance and construction needs.             

4. A detailed budget is provided for up to five years , according to your needs…allowing you to manage your future pavement construction and pavement maintenance costs long term. On request, our engineers can provide life cycle comparisons and environmental impact analysis for any pavement needs. Furthermore, our RPM services can be a very cost effective real estate negotiating tool. Recently, one of our customers was negotiating to purchase a large piece of commercial property.  By taking advantage of RPM’s detailed analysis, due diligence and five-year budgeting, our customer was able to leverage this into a $2,000,000 reduction in the purchase price. An extensive pavement management system could normally cost thousands, if outsourced.  However, if we are included on your preferred bid list, this service is provided at no cost.
