Rabine Paving - Asphalt PlantsRabine Paving owns and operates two hot mix asphalt plant production centers located in Byron, IL and Belvidere, IL. We are conveniently located to service the greater Rockford metropolitan area including Boone, Winnebago, Ogle, DeKalb and Stephenson counties.
Both of these plants are Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) approved and have testing laboratories for Quality Control and testing of the asphalt produced at these locations. With IDOT approved mix designs for our bituminous products we are able to provide the required mixture for each individual project. Also available at the Belvidere Plant is UPM High-Performance cold patch for winter patching needs.
